We meet at North Ferriby Social Club, 6 Low St, North Ferriby HU14 3DD at 7.30pm. This is a very comfortable venue with a car park and onstreet parking . There is a bar with hot, soft and alcoholic drinks.
Some members have been part of the group for quite a long time but we regularly get new members. Everyone is welcome. People come on their own, in pairs or as a group.

Each month we have a three-round quiz set by the convener or one of the quizzees. Some are keen to volunteer but most people just take part.The aim of the quiz is to show our general knowledge but it is a fun quiz where no-one is put on the spot individually. We have lots of chat and laughs along the way.

Many studies have shown the importance to senior members of society that they keep their minds active and also the value of socializing with others.

These qualities are exactly what our group provides. New members rapidly become friends and we all look forward to our next meeting.
